  Rebecca is a fabulous yoga teacher and never expects you to contort yourself into an impossible posture. She encourages everyone to take each posture to the level they are happy with and gives plenty of options for all abilities. This means that anyone can join a class at any time.
  
  I couldn’t even touch my toes when I started but each week I feel myself getting a little more flexible and a little stronger and I’m now able to try some of the postures that I couldn’t have dreamed of doing when I started at the beginning of the year.
  
  Rebecca’s classes are fun and friendly and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone. No two classes are exactly the same so it always feels fresh and new. I’ve been going to classes for over 6 months and I still always look forward to the next class.
